As a seminar leader, you will be responsible for leading our in-person retirement preparation seminars. Your responsibilities include conducting the seminars, ensuring their smooth running, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your goal is to inspire participants, share your knowledge, and prepare them as best as possible for their retirement.

Responsibilities
- Conducting on-site seminars
- Teaching the content of retirement preparation
- Support of participants during the face-to-face seminars
- Coordination support for planning on-site seminars
- Participation and involvement in internal training courses
Requirements
- Experience in adult education
- Presentation and communication skills
- Independent working methods and organizational structure
- Team-oriented thinking and active participation
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region
